Gavin B. Davis

Managing Principal

Bringing nearly twenty years of capital markets experience to bear for our clients and customers in completing over $4.0 billion of transactions.  Prior positions with CBRE Hotels, where he was a leading hotel debt-equity professional and inaugural member of its Structured Finance team; CIBC World Markets where he was an investment banking financial analyst; and Legg Mason Wood Walker, where he was an intern focused on Hotel REIT equity research. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.  Mr. Davis is a board member emeritus of HotelExecutive.com and is published in Hotel Journal and the Journal of Real Estate Finance.
